Hey Epic Fans! We understand how crucial it is for you to get your ID cards in time for the big holidays. To ensure your orders arrive when you need them, please note the following shipping guidelines for Halloween and Christmas of 2024.

We strongly recommend placing your orders as early as possible. While we do our best to process orders quickly, especially from October through January, unexpected carrier shipping delays which are beyond our control. 😱

• DHL eCommerce: Delivery times vary by location; review delivery estimates at checkout.
• DHL Express: For guaranteed delivery, order at least 7-10 business days prior to Halloween. Please review delivery estimates at checkout.

• Peak Season: From October through January, we allocate additional resources to make sure orders are processed as quickly as possible.
