Passenger Princess Silhouette Novelty ID Card — Portrait Choice

The front carries the PASSENGER Princess wordmark in pink script beside an oval cameo of a crowned silhouette, framed with beading and sparkle. Beneath the wordmark, the decree reads: "HEAR YE, HEAR YE! By royal decree, the bearer of this card is hereby crowned Ruler of the Front Seat, Guardian of the Playlist, Keeper of the Snacks, and Royal Master of Mid-Journey Naps."

The reverse repeats the PASSENGER Princess wordmark with flourish ornaments and prints the formal affirmation: "In the grand saga of passenger pursuits, it is hereby affirmed that the person shown on this card has been granted the status of Passenger Princess. This designation is proclaimed to be eternal." A pink banner runs across the lower edge in script: "May the Passenger Princess..."

Two choices make it yours: the name that appears on the royal decree, and which of the eight crowned silhouettes sits in the cameo frame. Pick the hairstyle closest to your own — regal updo, flowing waves, natural curl halo, sleek bob, pixie crop, high ponytail, long straight hair or low bun — and enter your name exactly as you want it proclaimed. Check the spelling before you send it; a royal title in print is fairly permanent.

Made to order, not pulled from a shelf. Every EpicIDs card is printed in our own studio in Stoughton, Massachusetts — one at a time, on our own equipment, by the same small team that designs them. Nothing is outsourced and nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for an order.

Personalized cards get a personalized attention to detail. If your card carries your name or your photo, we review it before it goes to print — checking crop, exposure and legibility, and contacting you if something won't reproduce well. Standard designs skip the queue and go straight to production.

Not right? We remake it. Free. If a card turns up damaged, misprinted, or not what the listing described, tell us and we'll reprint it at no cost — no return shipping, no arguing over whose fault it was. That's the whole policy, and it's the reason we proof personalized cards before they go to print.

Made-for-you cards are a little different. A card with your name and your face on it can't go back on a shelf, so personalized orders aren't returnable as a matter of course. What that means in practice: if something's wrong with it, we fix it — and if something's wrong on your end, talk to us anyway. We'd rather sort it out than have you stuck with a card you won't wear.

EpicCare covers the print, for as long as you own the card. These are made to be carried, clipped and handed to strangers at conventions — not sealed in a sleeve. If the printing fades or the card fails under normal wear, contact us for a replacement, only pay shipping & processing - we'll replace it. No receipt hunting, no time limit.

What that doesn't cover is the stuff you'd expect: a card that went through a wash cycle, got run over, chewed by the dog, or came back from a con looking like it fought someone. Talk to us anyway — reprints are cheap and we'd rather you had a good one.
