What's Covered

Our Delivery Protection covers your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives safely at your door:

• Loss in transit – Package lost by the carrier
• Damage during shipping – Items arrive damaged or broken
• Misdelivery – Carrier delivers to the wrong address
• Theft after delivery – Package stolen from your doorstep

What's Not Covered

• Carrier delays due to weather or operational issues
• Customs or import delays (international orders)
• Incorrect address entered by customer at checkout
• Deliveries to third-party locations (hotels, forwarding services)
• Refusal of delivery or failure to accept package

How to File a Claim

Report claims within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date. Contact our support team with your order number and photo documentation. We'll process your claim within 2–3 business days and issue a replacement or refund.
