At EpicIDs, our primary goal is to craft high-quality ID cards designed for fans, collectors and cosplay enthusiasts. While we take pride in offering screen-accurate reproductions of 'iconic badges', such as Shaun's Foree Electric name badge from "Shaun of the Dead" and Ash Williams S-Mart name badge from "Army of Darkness," not all of our IDs are made to be exact replicas of their on-screen counterparts.

Many film, TV, and video game productions tend to treat character IDs as subtle accessories, resulting in designs that may not stand out or capture the essence fans love and cosplayers seek. Recognizing this, our team often uses its creative expression, transitioning from mere replication to designing exclusive, vibrant, and detailed IDs that stand as unique pieces of fan-art.

To ensure our designs remain up-to-date and fresh, we continually review and enhance them. This includes incorporating new background elements, making font adjustments, or even undertaking a complete redesign in some cases. These updates prevent our designs from appearing outdated and help us stand out from the crowd.

EpicIDs was launched in 2015, and we've been dedicated to creating high-quality fan-made products ever since. In the late summer of 2023 we began to add additional materials and products to our lineup fresh and to keep up with customer demand.

Located in Massachusetts, EpicIDs is a small business that does not have a physical storefront. As a small family-operated business, we prioritize providing quality products and services.

At EpicIDs, we're dedicated to providing you with high-quality ID cards crafted from a diverse range of premium materials.

Here's a guide to understanding our product offerings:

1. PVC-PET Composite & Specialized PVC: The majority of our IDs are created using a durable combination of PVC-PET Composite and specialized PVC materials. They offer a brilliant glossy finish and are designed to endure the rigors of daily use. These cards come in a standard thickness of 30mil, guaranteeing both durability and longevity.
2. Aluminum (Metal): For those in search of something distinct, we offer select IDs crafted from laser-engraved aluminum. These are 40mil thick, providing a sleek, lightweight profile while ensuring compatibility with most standard ID holders and wallets. Products made from this material will have "Metal" or "Aluminum" in the product title and/or as the selected variant option.
3. Slate (Stone): Our innovative slate IDs will be joining our lineup shortly. These will come in varying thicknesses, maintaining our commitment to quality and resilience. IDs made from slate will have "Stone" in their product title and/or as the selected variant option.
4. Additional Materials: Coming soon Acrylic, PU Leather, Wood and more!

When browsing our range, please note that not all designs are available in every material. To determine the material of a specific ID, kindly refer to its product title, variant option and/or the product specifications tab displayed on the product page. If it doesn't expressly state Metal or Stone (alternatively Aluminum or Slate), you can assume the ID is crafted from our standard PVC-PET Composite or Specialized PVC.

While our focus is on fan-made IDs which are not officially licensed, we do offer officially licensed accessories like wallets, purses, lanyards, and keychains.

EpicIDs does not offer custom ID products that resemble actual government credentials such as federal and state issued IDs or credit cards. We do have novelty cards in this "realm" like X-Files FBI IDs, representing Mulder and Scully, that are intended for cosplay or memorabilia. These cards are minimally customizable and are all clearly marked with the label 'EpicIDs.com - Cosplay and Novelty IDs'

EpicIDs is not responsible for violations of any laws, including but not limited to:

Some designs, like 'screen accurate' designs (e.g. Shaun of the Dead name badges or Office Space name badge), tend to have many similar designs available from other sellers online as they're all based off of the 'screen' version. However, when it comes to our exclusive designs, some 'competitors' have been discovered to be screenshotting and selling them as their own. Always keep in mind that a copy of a copy is never as good as the original, and duplicating the design doesn't replicate its quality and make that an EPICID.

Also, the materials, printing process, resolutions, etc. are the difference between someone that's selling a paper label vs the array of high grade materials we use, prnting and engraving in high-definition, which makes an EPIC ID!

Yes, once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We'll work to resolve the problem promptly.

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we kindly request that you contact our customer support. Our team will work diligently to assist you in finding a suitable resolution.

While we strive for timely deliveries, carrier-related shipping delays, that are beyond our control, may occur. We share your concerns and frustration when there are shipping delays.

- Shipping delays are less common with upgraded shipping options as we may use different carriers for different shipping options. -

USA Shipments:
"Item Not Received" issues must be brought to our attention within 45 days of your order ship date. Due to carrier policies, it may take 5-10 business days to trace the package with the carrier. Once the package trace/mail theft investigation is completed, we can take further action such as shipping a replacement to you. If your package is time sensitive you may place a second order, to be shipped via expedited delivery, and upon completion of the original package investigation you will be refunded in full for the lost order.

International Shipments:
"Item Not Received" issues must be brought to our attention within 21 days of your order ship date. Once a claim has been filed with the carrier you will be refunded in full and may place a new order. If your package is time sensitive you may place a second order, and upon claim submission of the original package you will be refunded in full for the lost order.
