    At EpicIDs.com, we're committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand our processing times, shipping methods, and important considerations.

    Processing Time:
    Our standard processing time is typically within 72 hours of receiving your order. However, please note that personalized items may require additional time for customization. Orders that are missing necessary information may experience delays until the required details are provided. If you need your order processed faster, please review "Priority Processing" below.

    Holiday Season Delays:
    During the peak holiday season from October 1st to January 1st, order processing times may be slightly extended by an additional 24-48 hours due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience during this period and strongly advise our customers to order early when possible.

    Priority Processing:
    For customers seeking expedited service, we offer priority processing options. Priority processing orders are generally shipped same day/next day. Please keep in mind that this option may incur an additional fee.

    Shipping Method:
    Most orders shipping within the USA are shipped via USPS.
    International orders are typically shipped via DHL.

    • US Orders: It is essential that you provide a USPS deliverable address during checkout. This includes the addition of a PO Box if your order is shipping to a rural location that doesn't have door to door postal delivery services.

    • International Orders: It is essential that you provide a full and complete deliverable address during checkout. International orders CAN NOT be delivered to a PO Box. If you'd like your international order shipped to a POB, please contact us and we can discuss options.

    We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Please double-check your address to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

    Domestic orders returned as non-deliverable due to customer addressing issues such as an incorrect or undeliverable address may have the option of correcting the shipping address and paying a $6.95 to have your order shipped back out via expedited delivery. Should said customer requests a refund on a non-deliverable order they may not be refunded any initial shipping cost as well as incurring a 10-20% restocking fee for non-personalized items which will be deducted from the order refund. Due to personalized items being non-resaleable any non-deliverable personalized items are non-refundable and we'd recommend the reship option.

    International orders returned as non-deliverable due to a customer addressing such as an incorrect or undeliverable address may have the option of correcting the shipping address and paying actual costs (carrier fees and taxes) to have your order shipped once more. Should said customer request a refund on a non-deliverable order they cannot be refunded for any customs fees or taxes (such as VAT), cannot be refunded shipping charges, and may be charged a 10-20% restocking fee for non-personalized items which will be deducted from the order refund. Due to personalized items being non-resaleable any non-deliverable personalized items are non-refundable and we'd recommend the reship option.


    Order Consolidation:
    In our effort to minimize environmental impact, we strive to ship orders together in a single package. If you have placed multiple orders within 24 hours of each other, they may be shipped together to optimize shipping efficiency.
    Due to customs regulations, this does not apply to international orders.

    Tracking Information:
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.

    International Shipping:
    EpicIDs current ships internationally to Canada, EU, UK and over 150 other countries around the world.

    International shipments are typically shipped DDP - Delivery Duties Paid. For international orders outside of our currently covered countries please contact us via the contact us form regarding international shipping options to your country.
