    Shipping Policy

    At EpicIDs.com, we’re committed to delivering your custom-made products quickly, reliably, and with care. Please review the information below to understand our processing timelines, delivery options, and policies for domestic and international shipping.


    📅 Time-Sensitive Orders (Conventions, Birthdays, etc.)

    If you need your order by a specific date — such as for a cosplay convention, birthday, holiday, or event — please add a note during checkout with your requested delivery deadline.

    • We’ll do our best to meet your request, but it is your responsibility to select an appropriate shipping method.
    • If you're unsure what shipping method to choose, contact us for assistance before placing your order.

    📦 Processing Time

    • Orders are typically processed within 72 hours (3 business days).
    • Personalized or customized items may take additional time depending on design complexity and missing info.
    • During (October 1 – January 1), processing may be extended by an additional 24–48 hours.

    Priority Processing

    • Available for an additional fee (displayed at checkout).
    • Priority orders are typically processed within 24 hours (same-day if placed before 12PM EST), but are not guaranteed for same-day fulfillment.

    🚚 Shipping Methods

    • Domestic (USA): Orders ship via USPS by default.
    • International: Orders typically ship via DHL or UPS. FedEx may be used upon request or when rates are preferred.

    Delivery Requirements

    • U.S. Orders: Please ensure you provide a valid USPS-deliverable address. PO Boxes may be required for rural areas.
    • International Orders: PO Boxes are not supported. Please provide a complete physical address. Orders may be shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) when permitted by the carrier and country. Where DDP is not available, the customer is responsible for all VAT/import fees.

    📦 Returned or Undeliverable Packages

    Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

    Domestic Returns:

    • Customers may choose to reship by correcting the address and paying a $6.95 expedited reshipping fee.
    • If a refund is requested, original shipping fees are non-refundable. Non-personalized items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
    • Personalized or custom items are non-refundable.

    International Returns:

    • Customers may request reshipment by providing a corrected address and paying all new shipping, tax, and carrier fees.
    • Refunds will exclude original shipping, VAT/customs, and incur a 20% restocking fee on non-personalized items.
    • Personalized or custom items are non-refundable.
    • If you paid for DDP and are charged again at delivery, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve or refund duplicate charges.
    • Multiple non-deliverable incidents may result in canceled future orders.

    🎁 Gift Orders & Pricing

    • Packing slips do not include product prices by default.
    • However, pricing for selected add-ons or upgrades may be listed.
    • For fully price-free gift orders, you may add a note at checkout or contact us directly.

    📦 Packaging & Branding

    • Packaging may feature EpicIDs branding (box, poly mailer, or shipping label).
    • White-label packaging is available by request—contact us before ordering if this is required.

    🌎 International Shipping & Availability

    • We currently ship to over 150 countries, including the U.S., Canada, EU, and U.K.
    • Most international orders are shipped DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) when allowed by the carrier.
    • Where DDP is not available, customers are responsible for paying any VAT/duties on delivery.
    • If your country is not supported at checkout, contact us to discuss options.

    📨 Order Consolidation

    If you place multiple orders within 24 hours, we may consolidate them to reduce packaging waste and improve efficiency. This does not apply to international orders due to customs handling.

    🔍 Tracking Information

    Tracking numbers are provided for all orders via email once shipped. Please monitor your tracking details for updates or delivery confirmations.
