Passenger Princess Novelty ID Card — Photo Personalized

The front pairs a bold PASSENGER wordmark with a flowing Princess script, set over a soft pink car-interior backdrop. A decorative tiara sits above a circular, beaded photo frame on the left. The reverse repeats the PASSENGER Princess header with flourish ornaments and continues the decree in a longer proclamation paragraph about the grand saga of passenger pursuits, with a script line and small printed panel details along the lower portion of the card.

Add the name that belongs on the throne and a photo for the crowned portrait frame. The name prints in flowing script above the noble distinction line, and the photo drops into the circular medallion beneath the tiara, so the proclamation reads as a genuine decree issued to one specific passenger. Made to order, not pulled from a shelf. Every EpicIDs card is printed in our own studio in Stoughton, Massachusetts — one at a time, on our own equipment, by the same small team that designs them. Nothing is outsourced and nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for an order.

Personalized cards get a personalized attention to detail. If your card carries your name or your photo, we review it before it goes to print — checking crop, exposure and legibility, and contacting you if something won't reproduce well. Standard designs skip the queue and go straight to production.

Not right? We remake it. Free. If a card turns up damaged, misprinted, or not what the listing described, tell us and we'll reprint it at no cost — no return shipping, no arguing over whose fault it was. That's the whole policy, and it's the reason we proof personalized cards before they go to print.

Made-for-you cards are a little different. A card with your name and your face on it can't go back on a shelf, so personalized orders aren't returnable as a matter of course. What that means in practice: if something's wrong with it, we fix it — and if something's wrong on your end, talk to us anyway. We'd rather sort it out than have you stuck with a card you won't wear.

EpicCare covers the print, for as long as you own the card. These are made to be carried, clipped and handed to strangers at conventions — not sealed in a sleeve. If the printing fades or the card fails under normal wear, contact us for a replacement, only pay shipping & processing - we'll replace it. No receipt hunting, no time limit.

What that doesn't cover is the stuff you'd expect: a card that went through a wash cycle, got run over, chewed by the dog, or came back from a con looking like it fought someone. Talk to us anyway — reprints are cheap and we'd rather you had a good one.
