Overall I really like the look and feel of the product. I am also willing to give the benefit of the doubt regarding timeliness and service due to COVID. This, however, was my second order and I had to call for followup on both orders due to unexpected delays in getting my order filled. To be quite frank, while I really like the product, I would be reluctant to order again or to act as a referral to this vendor. Fix your service, your timely response to orders and your contactability and I think you will have great success.
