    Great looking product; Service needs work

    Overall I really like the look and feel of the product. I am also willing to give the benefit of the doubt regarding timeliness and service due to COVID. This, however, was my second order and I had to call for followup on both orders due to unexpected delays in getting my order filled. To be quite frank, while I really like the product, I would be reluctant to order again or to act as a referral to this vendor. Fix your service, your timely response to orders and your contactability and I think you will have great success.

    Personalized ID Card

    Just received the ID Card we ordered, Excellent experience. Little slower on the delivery than anticipated but with the COVID impact not unexpected. Very professional looking product. Very pleased overall. Ordering another.

    Love the I.D.

    The item and quality was great. The shipping and customer service experience was one of the worst ever. The website offered to have the item ready in 5 days, but it took two weeks. Every time I tried to email about my item I never received an answer back. I called the number to no one answering. I even tried reaching out on amazon and still got no reply. So although the item was great the lack of communication and customer service on the site is horrible. This will unfortunately be my last purchase ever here and I advise others to be very careful with your orders.
