when I ordered the item I expected it to be shipped in a envelope. I didn't expect it to be shipped in a small box that kept the card protected. the case it came with is high grade and well made so that it wont have the carb break I only wish it was not as frosted over. aside from that it can still show up well in the case. its also made to clip on to the case to keep it held on to the fabric that you clip it too. all in all after I ordered it on standard shipping it only took me about 2 days to get it which was great. if anything this is the best experience I have had with a small item for cosplay being ordered and customized to meet what I needed it to look like. thank you so much to your company im sure that I will come back to this store for all my cosplay id needs
